Log in to the Customer Centre with your customer number and password. Click on the menu item “My profile” to make the changes and then click on “Save.”
If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset your password using this link. You can find your customer number on your invoice.

To change your email address or phone number, click on "Account Details & Security". You will see your current details. To change them, click on Change and enter the new details.
Once you have entered the new details, a confirmation code (token) will be sent to your new email address/phone number. The change will only take effect after you have successfully entered the code.
